    Client Assistant(客户助理)

    您的工作内容是:
    1. 根据客户的需求及既定的工作流程,独立操作其相关系统,工作任务包括但不限于信息分析、录入、校对、编写,并及时出具相关工作报告;
    2. 按照客户的标准,确保工作的质量、数量和效率达到客户的要求,并符合ISO信息安全标准;
    3. 与团队成员合作,及时报告工作中的问题,并提供有效的解决方案;
    4. 撰写清楚、有条理性、简洁的英文邮件;通过邮件等方式与客户及时沟通,建立良好的客户关系;
    您需要具备的能力是:
    1. 大学英语四级及以上,专业不限
    2. 熟练操作Windows系统,熟悉MS Office软件
    3. 工作认真、耐心,责任心强

    Management Trainee(管理培训生)

    Principal Responsibilities
    Develop functional and personal competencies, lead direct reports to implement and manage existing/new client teams or projects, ensure client satisfaction and continuous business development through performance excellence and innovation.
    1. Task Processing
    Perform complex tasks and operate a variety of client systems under the ReSource Pro Total Quality System, seek standardization and processing excellence, and meet or exceed a client teams’ standard for quality, timeliness and information security.
    2. Training Effectiveness
    Plan and execute new hire training and cross training plans with team trainers, coach less-experienced staff in learning procedures and insurance knowledge to ensure all team members are properly and sufficiently trained so that client requirements and/or company standards can be met.
    3. Task Management
    Plan, implement and monitor the assigned team’s task assignment to meet client’s timeliness and quality standards while balancing team member’s workload and task types; proactively identify issues or potential improvement opportunities, provide solutions and solve problems efficiently; follow procedure management process to manage team’s new procedure development and current procedure maintenance;  set up and adjust team audit plan to ensure task accuracy consistently meet client’s expectation;  Manage new task on-boarding to ensure a successful transition and good experience to client.
    4. Client Relationship Building
    Develop and maintain a trusted partner relationship with the clients by planning and executing a variety of activities including: regular interaction with a client via email or phone to provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, learn new workflows and systems, promote additional services, and visit the client’s office(s) in the US to drive the RSP client team’s growth.
    5. New Client On-boarding
    Manage the Proof of Concept (POC) period effectively to successfully on board new clients by designing and implementing the workflow and processes per a client’s needs and expectations; manage the new system/workflow/task implementations; manage all procedure creation and updating to ensure the client requirements are clearly documented and properly approved starting from the POC period
    6. Team Management
    Manage the day-to-day performance of team members and ensure a healthy balance of employee engagement, employee development and client satisfaction.  Plan and execute activities to enhance employee engagement at the team and department level.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor degree or above
    • Strong English skills (both verbal and written): CET 6 (with oral cert), equivalent or above
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
