Graduated from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University (State Key Laboratory of Silicon Materials - Semiconductor Institute). Mainly engaged in semiconductor materials and devices research. He has published more than 70 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in Adv. Funct. Mater. and other journals. More than 10 national invention patents have been authorized. The results have been reported by Qilu Evening News, Qingdao Daily and other media. Ocean University of China excellent teachers, excellent class teachers, 5 graduate students under the guidance of the provincial outstanding graduates. He is also on the editorial board of the journals: Materials, Frontiers in Nanotechnology.
