This semester, the School of Materials Science and Engineering continues to promote international education, and has successfully opened two all-English courses taught by well-known overseas scholars, providing students with dual training in cutting-edge course content and all-English cross-cultural learning.

The college specially invited ProfessorJOSEPH PAUL DOMBLESKY, an expert in the field of composite materials from Marquette University in the United States, to carry out a two-week undergraduate summer course Composite Material Structure Design. The curriculum system covers the core knowledge of composite material design, manufacturing, and optimization, and effectively improves students' professional quality in the field of advanced materials through theoretical teaching, case analysis, and special seminars.

At the same time, the college invited Associate Professor OLEKSIY MYRONYUK, director of the Department of Composite Materials of the National Technical University of Ukraine, to jointly undertake the teaching task of the graduate course Materials Testing Science and Technology. The course systematically introduces eight types of mainstream material analysis and testing techniques, covering modules such as electron microscopy, spectroscopy, thermal analysis and mechanical properties. MYRONYUK Associate professors focus on principle explanation and practical application, and helps students understand the principles of instruments and scientific research applications through interactive teaching, which strengthens students' professional English ability and scientific research foundation.

The smooth implementation of the two courses is a specific measure for the college to expand international cooperation and exchanges, introduce international high-quality teaching resources, and further promote the internationalization of talent training in the college.
