Biography:
Chun-Chao Hou received his Ph.D. degree from Key Laboratory of Photochemical Conversion and Optoelectronic Materials, Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry (TIPC), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2017. Then he joined as postdoctoral researcher in AIST/Kyoto University (ChEM-OIL). Currently, he works as a professor in Ocean University of China. His research interest is in inorganic chemistry, materials chemistry, and catalytic chemistry, with a specialization in crystalline porous functional materials such as metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). His research targets electrocatalysis and electrosynthesis technologies for clean energy utilization. He has published over 50 SCI papers in prestigious journals, including Journal of the American Chemical Society, and Advanced Materials.
