Biography: Dr Wu Pingwei is an lecturer in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, Ocean University of China. He graduated from Henan University with BSc degrees in Chemistry (1996). He obtained his MSc degree in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (1999) and PhD degree in Shanghai Institute of Ceramic, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2002). After finished the PhD study, he joined the School of Materials Science and Engeering，Ocean University of China in 2002.
